SEIZE HER Salad Dressing 
(from cookbook Eat Shrink and Be Merry by Greta & Janet Podleski)

• 1/2 cup Mayo
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese (about 1 ounce/30 g)
• 1 hard-cooked Omega-3 egg
• 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
• 2 large garlic cloves, crushed and minced
• 1 teaspoon honey or granulated sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
• 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 teaspoon anchovy paste (optional)
• 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Directions:
Whiz all ingredients in a food processor.

Massage Kale to soften, add dressing and enjoy!

Croutons, bacon and extra parmesan are optional!
